Culinary Creative Lead Nic Wood and Executive Chef Jake Lynch are teaming up with Leeuwin Estate’s Dan Gedge and the foragers at Truffle Hill to deliver the latest instalment of Santini Grill’s Truffle Adventure Wine Dinner.

 

Settle in for five indulgent courses, each layered with WA’s black‐gold bounty crumbled, folded, or melted into every bite, then matched to a full flight of Leeuwin Estate Art Series wines. From the opening sparkle to the final, velvet Shiraz, every pour is chosen to coax out the earth, butter and umami that make truffle season worth waiting for.
