Dine wild and explore the complex flavours of local Australian truffles with a menu curated by Santini’s Culinary Creative Lead Chef Nic Wood and Dan Gedge from Leeuwin Estate. The five-course menu will have you feasting on flavours with dishes such as spanner crab raviolo with burnt butter and truffle and wood-fired lamb rump with lamb and truffle jus, each expertly paired with Leeuwin Estate‘s flavoursome and vibrant blends.
