Sails Restaurant will be presenting a degustation wine dinner featuring wines from Leeuwin Estate and Craggy Range.

Executive Chef Paul Leete has curated a four-course degustation menu to pair to these premium wines. Each course will be matched with two wines of the same varietal (one from each winery)
