Melbourne friends, join us on Thursday July 2 at Pascale Bar and Grill in QT Melbourne for a Truffle Adventure Wine Dinner, celebrating winter’s most coveted ingredient, fresh black truffles from Truffle Hill, paired with Leeuwin Estate wines.
 
Chef Nic Wood leads the charge with four truffle‑charged courses, each designed to hero bold flavour, premium produce and unmistakable flair. Along the way, Leeuwin Estate Senior Winemaker Phil Hutchison, will guide guests through the evening’s pours, talking all things wine as the ‘Art Series’ favourites flow generously, from the first pop of bubbles to the final, lingering sip of red.
 
Expect plates that command attention, aromas that stop the room, and a dining experience driven by flame, finesse and a little theatre. One night only, bookings essential.
