Showcasing five unique, off-the-menu courses from the chefs behind Wildflower, Petition Kitchen, Post, Long Chim and COMO The Treasury, enjoy a long-table dinner in the grand Postal Hall.
Chefs will have the freedom to present some of their favourites dishes from their own culinary history. Each course will be served alongside Leeuwin Estate wines matched by State Buildings Director of Wine, Emma Farrelly.
