With a vibrant five-course feast crafted by Guy Grossi and Paolo Apuzzo, this one-night-only experience celebrates the best of Western Australia’s seasonal produce, paired with premium wines from Leeuwin Estate. Guests will be welcomed with a Beyond Distilling limoncello gin cocktail on arrival, a personal welcome from Guy Grossi, freshly shucked oysters and canapes from the region of the Amalfi Coast. Set within the stunning surrounds of Garum, the evening blends delicious dining, storytelling and the electric energy of Garum’s open kitchen for a truly immersive night out. This is not just a dinner – it’s Ferragosto brought to life.
