DINNER MENU & WINE LIST

Leeuwin Estate Art Series Riesling 2017 (New Release)

Salmon tartare

Leeuwin Estate Siblings Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2016
A 60/40% blend, and a case of seek and ye shall find almost any aroma or flavour that you might (or might not) expect. Snow pea and grass in the vegetal quadrant, guava and Granite Belt in the tropical quadrant, lime and lemon in the dominant citrus suite, green apple also sneaking in. Only Margaret River can achieve this alchemy. 94 points, James Halliday

Leeuwin Estate Art Series Sauvignon Blanc 2016
The bouquet smells floral and inviting from the outset. The palate though, despite its intensity, creeps along at first, its inherent reserve slowly giving way to intense gravel, lemongrass and tropical fruit flavour. Spend time with this wine and you end up nodding your head and tapping the side of your nose, as if acknowledging the wise heads involved.
92 points, Campbell Mattinson

Roasted baby carrots, toasted cumin grains, goats curd

Leeuwin Estate Prelude Chardonnay 2016
Death, taxes and the quality of Leeuwin Estate chardonnay. This may ‘only’ be the Prelude version but its quality is as clear as a bright blue sky. Pure stone fruit, sweet oak, pear and a cleansing flush of citrus through the finish. It builds, it satisfies and it refreshes. Elegance and power in one. 94 points, Campbell Mattinson

Leeuwin Estate Art Series Chardonnay 2015 (New Release)

White chicken, brussels, sesame

Leeuwin Estate Siblings Shiraz 2015

Leeuwin Estate Art Series Shiraz 2015 (New Release)

Confit pork neck, celeriac slaw, pomegranate and sumac

Leeuwin Estate Prelude Cabernet Sauvignon 2013
Juicy and focused on the palate, showing very good lift to the bitter cherry and red berry flavors. Turns sweeter on the youthfully tannic finish, which hangs on with strong, spicy tenacity. 91 points, Josh Raynolds, Vinous.com

This is layered and rich with currant, berry and walnut shell character. Full body, chewy tannins and a juicy finish. Love it now but it will age wonderfully. 92 points, James Suckling

Leeuwin Estate Art Series Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 (New Release)

Slow cooked lamb, broad bean, almonds and green olives
