Matter of Taste – Margaret River 50 Years
1 December 2017
This year, Margaret River is celebrating its 50th anniversary as a wine-growing region, and we’re bringing the party to New York. We’ll be concentrating on the top-scoring Chardonnays and Cabernets that put this Australian region on the map, from historic names like Cullen, Leeuwin Estate, Moss Wood and Vasse Felix. For the occasion, we’ve talked the wineries into opening some gems from their libraries as well as their latest releases. There might even be an American interloper included as well.
Margaret River is arguably the most pristine wine region in the world, known for its beaches, abundant wildlife and exceptional quality wine. All of its top producers are on offer at this once-in-a-lifetime dinner celebrating half a century of Margaret River fine wine
