Join us for an evening that brings together Leeuwin Estate’s Art of Fine Wine and Matilda Bay’s passion for showcasing the very best of Western Australian produce. In celebration of the newly released 2022 Art Series Chardonnay and 2022 Art Series Cabernet Sauvignon, Matilda Bay’s chefs have curated a five-course menu that reflects the richness of our region, paired with two of WA’s most iconic wines.
Dine on locally sourced dishes such as Wagin duck breast with celeriac and apple purée, peach gastrique, and duck crackling, paired with the elegant 2022 Art Series Chardonnay. Then savour rosemary-crusted Dorper lamb rack with root vegetable pavé and pine nut bordelaise, matched perfectly with the expressive 2022 Art Series Cabernet Sauvignon.
