General Ticket Holder's Information

All adults and children entering the venue must have a ticket. LICENSED VENUE - Under 18's MUST be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.

Leeuwin is a 'Rain or Shine' alfresco venue.

Strictly NO BYO alcohol please. Leeuwin wines, beers and soft drinks will be available.

Leeuwin is a Non Smoking Venue

Once purchased tickets are non-refundable

Please appoint your skipper early if you plan to have a drink.

You are more than welcome to bring along your own food, water and soft drink - please ensure drink container seals have not been broken upon entry.

Entry

Directional signs will be placed on Bussell Highway. Entry is through the MAIN gate unless otherwise specified on your tickets/information sheet.

Tickets

For security and safety purposes, only adults and children holding tickets will be permitted on to the Estate. To save embarrassment for everyone, please ensure you have your tickets with you before you leave home. Ticket conditions are printed on the reverse of tickets and below. Anyone entering the Estate accepts these ticket conditions.

Parking

On entering the Estate you will be directed to the car parking area, the rows of which will be marked with a letter of the alphabet.

Shuttle Bus Service

Shuttle bus services operate for most Leeuwin Concerts and must be purchased in advance. For details please contact info@leeuwinestate.com.au.

Seating

The grassed Concert arena is only a short walk from the car park. For seating on the lawn we suggest you bring a rug and/or cushion. A limited number of chairs will be provided for the elderly or those unable to sit on the lawn. These will be placed at the rear for the convenience of others. If you wish to provide a chair please make it low to ground chair, no more than a couple of inches from the ground.

Hampers

Pre-ordered picnic hampers will be available before and after the concert, pick up point will be from the main restaurant car park at the rear of the arena. Please make sure you bring your hamper ticket. For details please contact info@leeuwinestate.com.au.

Dress

Comfortable casual wear is in order. We suggest comfortable flat-heeled shoes and it would be wise to bring something warm to put on after dark when it gets cool. Please keep in mind Leeuwin is an outdoor 'rain or shine' performance venue and also remember to bring your insect repellent. "RAIN OR SHINE".

Rain or Shine

Leeuwin is an alfresco venue and as per ticket conditions, the Engagement shall proceed "rain or shine". Should rain occur and you have not come prepared, our staff will be handing out complimentary plastic ponchos. Please do not bring umbrellas. The safety of our patrons, staff and performers is of prime importance to us. In the event of extreme weather necessitating the delay or cancellation of the performance, updates will be made on the Leeuwin website http:­/­/www­.leeuwinestate­.com­.au Should it appear possible that the weather may deteriorate to this degree once you are on site, information leaflets will be handed out to you on arrival and announcements for your safety will be made from the stage.

Refreshments

As Leeuwin is a licensed venue, NO BYO ALCOHOL PLEASE. Wine, beer, soft drinks and light food will be available from stalls around the concert arena. These will be open before and after the Concert. A special price will be made available on all Leeuwin wines.

No Photography/Filming/Recording

No recording of any kind of any aspect of the artist's performance is permitted.

Ticket Conditions

By purchasing tickets, patrons accept and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Only valid tickets holders will be permitted admissions to the Concert. All adults and children entering the venue must hold a ticket.

Minors: Those under 18 years of age who have purchased a ticket will only be permitted into the concert site if they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

You must remain inside marked areas at all times and follow instructions given to you by officials.

NO PHOTOGRAPHING/FILMING/RECORDING
No recording of any kind of any aspect of the artists' performance is permitted.

Leeuwin Events reserves the right to vary performing artists and the advertised program should circumstances require it to do so.

You enter the Concert venue at your own risk and neither Leeuwin Estate or Leeuwin Events Pty Ltd will be liable for any injury, loss or damage you may suffer.

Leeuwin is an Alfresco venue. The Engagement shall proceed "rain or shine". No refunds except as specified in The Entertainment Industry Code of Practice published by the NSW Department of Fair Trading.

In the event of a cancellation, Leeuwin Estate Proprietary Limited nor Leeuwin Events PTY LTD will able not be liable for any expenses, costs, loss or damage, whether direct or consequential, that may be incurred as a result of cancelled accommodation, transfers, hire charges or by any other circumstances or matters.
