A lively fruit spectrum of lemon, lime curd, guava and quince meet with heightened floral notes, complexing thyme and sweet spice. A tight, yet finely textured and layered palate, bright lemon and lime dominate throughout with hints of white nectarine. A tight line of natural acidity gives definition and is complementary to the length of concentrated fruit.

"Clever Sauv Blanc. A little bit of effort goes a long way and that's proven with dividends paid here. I could have a glass or two of this easy. Perhaps it's because the aromas are fresh but don't hit you like a club when you take a whiff. Perhaps it's the weight of the fruit adding some personality. But more than likely, its probably the 34% barrel fermented portion that adds some body and interest to the soft florals, delicate guava and tropical fruit plus squeezes of citrus before cut herbs finish off. A delicious wine worth tracking down. Drink now to five years."

"This is a dense sauvignon with lime, green mango, and stone Fully body, layered and rich. Fresh and savory. 34% barrel fermented in used wood. Screw cap."

"The bouquet smells floral and inviting from the outset. The palate though, despite its intensity, creeps along at first, its inherent reserve slowly giving way to intense gravel, lemongrass and tropical fruit flavour. Spend time with this wine and you end up nodding your head and tapping the side of your nose, as if acknowledging the wise heads involved."
