CORPORATE MARQUEE CONCERT PACKAGES – TERMS & CONDITIONSBy purchasing a corporate marquee concert package you accept and agree to the following terms & conditions: The price per table (10 pax) for 2016 is $8500.00 inclusive of GST. Accommodation will be secured on your behalf (subject to availability). All accommodation houses require two night accommodation bookings as a minimum. Once accommodation has been confirmed each corporate group will be placed in direct liaison with their accommodation house to finalise arrangements. The cost of accommodation is the individual group’s responsibility. Leeuwin will coordinate coaches to carry your guests safely from your accommodation house to the concert, returning home at an hour agreed between guests and your driver. Please note that one designated coach collection point is catered for each corporate group and a private coach is not guaranteed for groups under 40pax. Accommodation, Perth to Margaret River transfers and any associated flight costs remain the responsibility of the corporate group involved. The below ticket conditions apply; Only valid tickets holders will be permitted admissions to the Concert. All adults and children entering the venue must hold a ticket. Minors: Those under 18 years of age who have purchased a ticket will only be permitted into the concert site if they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. You must remain inside marked areas at all times and follow instructions given to you by officials. NO PHOTOGRAPHING/FILMING/RECORDING No recording of any kind of any aspect of the artists’ performance is permitted. Leeuwin Events reserves the right to vary performing artists and the advertised program should circumstances require it to do so. You enter the Concert venue at your own risk and neither Leeuwin Estate or Leeuwin Events Pty Ltd will be liable for any injury, loss or damage you may suffer. Leeuwin is an Alfresco venue. The Engagement shall proceed “rain or shine”. Should rain occur and guests have not come prepared, staff will be handing out complimentary ponchos. Please do not bring umbrellas. In the event of extreme weather necessitating the cancellation or delay of the performance Leeuwin will make contact with the nominated person listed for your corporate group. Please provide a mobile number and email address. Should it appear possible that the weather may deteriorate to an unsafe degree once guests are onsite, information leaflets will be handed out on arrival and announcements for safety will be made from the stage. Corporate Groups will be instructed to move from the arena into the marquee or back to their coach. In the event of a cancellation, Leeuwin Estate nor Leeuwin Events will not be liable for any expenses, costs, loss or damage, whether direct or consequential, that may be incurred as a result of cancelled accommodation, transfers, hire charges or by any other circumstances or matters. No refunds of the package cost, except in circumstances specified in The Entertainment Industry Code of Practice published by the NSW Department of Fair Trading and then only for the cost of a general admission concert ticket to the performance. No unauthorised onselling of tickets permitted. Patrons entering the site consent that Leeuwin Estate and third parties authorised by Leeuwin Estate may make or record film, photographs or other forms of moving picture, still picture or any of them of the event (including, without limitation, of patrons) for the use of media and promotions across all platforms including but not limited to web and broadcast.
