"A wine of brilliant clarity, which has a very pale straw colour with lime green, tinges. The nose shows lifted aromas of citrus blossom, musk, green apple, lime and quince mixed with a delicious mineral edge, which are indicators of an excellent wine. A wine of exceptional length, the palate displays classic Rieslings flavours of lime and grapefruit and green apple. This is a wine with great intensity and depth of flavour. The palate finishes with clean crisp succulent acidity. The 2009 wine we believe compares very well with our renowned 2002 vintage."
"There's a slight green-gold tinge to this otherwise transparent yet bright Riesling from Margaret River. Delicately aromatic with lemon-zesty notes, wet pebbles and soft, chalky acidity driving the wine; although it lacks length, it finishes lightly and crisply. Will benefit from an extra year or two in the bottle but is great now as an aperitif because it's so refreshing and pleasurable."Jane Faulkner, The Age, 1st May 2010
"88 points - Light and tangy, with a licorice edge to the lime and green melon flavors. Finishes with some pizzazz. Drink now through 2020."Harvey Steiman, Wine Spectator, June 2010
"90 points - Pale yellow. Vibrant aromas of lemon zest, pink grapefruit and wet stone. Very dry and precise, offering tangy citrus fruit flavors and a deeper note of pear skin on the back half. Gains flesh with air while retaining vibrancy; I'll bet this will age nicely."Josh Raynold, International Wine Cellar, July/August 2010
